Tom has 30+ years in the Hospitality Industry as Executive Chef, Food and Beverage Director, Assistant G.M. and Hospitality Consultant. He has worked in 4 and 5-star resorts and country clubs in Palm Springs, Laguna Niguel, Rancho Santa Fe and Del Mar, convention centers and high volume restaurants in Boise, Santa Fe, San Francisco and Portland.

Tom offers a highly specialized perspective on restaurants, equipment, sourcing and products. He can help with layout and design as well as the functionality of space both in the front and back of the house.
