JoJo Anderson joined the BSR family with a splash of zest and a wealth of experience in the food and beverage sector. Her journey in hospitality, spanning over 35 years, began in the lively atmosphere of her family’s saloon nestled in Stanley, Idaho—right in the heart of “God’s country.” It was there that JoJo honed her craft in bartending and mixology, serving up everything from dive bar specials to fine dining cocktails.

An Idahoan through and through, JoJo’s love for personal connections shines in her interactions, turning patrons into friends. When she’s not at BSR assisting clients, JoJo is a maven of creativity—her home a canvas for her DIY projects, from handcrafted woodworks to home renovations. Embracing the essence of Idaho living, she thrives outdoors, whether it’s fishing the bountiful Salmon River or simply basking in the natural beauty of her surroundings.

At BSR, JoJo is a whirlwind of energy, eagerly meeting challenges and finding joy in fulfilling the diverse needs and desires of our customers. Her presence not only enriches our team but ensures everyone who walks through our doors leaves with a smile.

Chelsey Jones brought her extensive food and beverage expertise to BSR in July 2023, infusing our team with the deep customer service experience she cultivated as District Manager for Java Coffee Shops. An Idaho native from Shelley, Chelsey’s professional journey has taken her through the vibrant locales of Jackson Hole and Sun Valley before she set her roots in Boise. As a single mother, she channels her energy and dedication into raising three incredible children. Outside the office, you’ll find Chelsey indulging in her passions for cooking, baking, and writing, or out shopping and enjoying quality moments with her loved ones.

Cassidy Negu joined the BSR team in November 2021, bringing a rich background in customer service and sales. Before joining us, she honed her skills in a fast-paced fast-food environment during high school, followed by two valuable years in a retail and sales setting. As a proud native of Idaho Falls, Cassidy embodies the spirit of our community and the resilience of our workforce.

At BSR, she has quickly become known for her dedication, hard work, and enthusiasm for tackling new challenges. Outside of the office, Cassidy is an avid outdoors enthusiast with a passion for exploring the wilderness. Whether traveling great distances for hunting or fishing, she embraces every opportunity to connect with nature.

Her journey from the bustling environment of customer-facing roles to the dynamic team at BSR highlights her adaptability and commitment to excellence. We are thrilled to have her as part of our team and look forward to her continued contributions to our success.

Rouchelle Severeid

Rouchelle Severeid

Chef Rouchelle Severeid graduated with honors from Boise State University’s Culinary Arts
Program. Upon graduation, she worked as an adjunct faculty member and served on the Technical
Advisory Committee.

Her 20 year culinary career included being the Executive Director of Life’s Kitchen, a restaurant chef,
caterer and R&D Chef. Since leaving the kitchen, she has been working with foodservice
operators with their kitchen equipment and supply needs.
