Candi Meinburg, a Mackay, Idaho native, has woven a rich career in the food and beverage industry, culminating in a significant role as a restaurant GM in Boise for two decades. Embracing change in 2022, Candi joined BSR, transitioning seamlessly into the purchasing domain and the Tabletop team, merging her extensive industry experience with new challenges. Chef Rouchelle Severeid graduated with honors from Boise State University’s Culinary Arts
Program. Upon graduation, she worked as an adjunct faculty member and served on the Technical
Advisory Committee.
Her 20 year culinary career included being the Executive Director of Life’s Kitchen, a restaurant chef,
caterer and R&D Chef. Since leaving the kitchen, she has been working with foodservice
operators with their kitchen equipment and supply needs.

Jeramy joined BSR in 2003 after transitioning from a role as an auto body production manager while also working part-time as a waiter. Early in his career, he worked at all three local Pizza Hut locations, where he gained valuable experience in the restaurant business. Coupled with his mechanical skills, learned from growing up on a farm and working in the auto body industry, he quickly became a valuable asset to BSR. In 2006, Jeramy earned his HVAC Journeyman license, later advancing to obtain his HVAC Contractor’s license.
As one of the top hood installers in Idaho, Jeramy transitioned into sales, where his deep field experience proved invaluable. His hands-on knowledge allowed him to effectively assist customers with tough situations, while also training the hood install team he once led. Despite his new role, Jeramy never shied away from getting his hands dirty, always ready to take on any challenge, no matter how big or small.
As a salesperson, Jeramy built lasting relationships with several key accounts, who trusted him because of his integrity and realistic approach. He was known for never over-promising and always delivering on what BSR could provide.
Jeramy later moved into the position of Install Manager and Trainer, where his exceptional problem-solving skills and commitment to customer satisfaction made him the perfect choice. His work often went above and beyond the ordinary, and he always strived to deliver creative solutions to meet customers’ needs. While he was known for his “can do” attitude, over the years, Jeramy learned the importance of honesty in his work—when he couldn’t deliver, he communicated openly with customers and found alternative solutions, which earned their respect.
After 22 years with BSR, Jeramy remains as humble as the day we first met him. He often reflects on the importance of counting your blessings when things go well and owning up to mistakes when they don’t. His humility, along with his exceptional skills, is just one of the many reasons Jeramy is so highly regarded by both clients and colleagues alike. Once you meet him, you’ll understand why.

Linda is an incredible person working in our shipping and receiving department loading trucks and unloading keep our stock room incredibly organized.
The great part is that Linda is here for you! She is the customer’s advocate whenever a piece of equipment fails. She has their back at all times. Linda is committed to providing the best level of customer service anyone has ever experienced. She has over 12 years BEFORE joining the BSR team in 2008.
Linda is also a proud Grandmother of 11 little rascals and she loves spending time with them. Some of her interest include gardening, supporting Voices Against Violence and self-help groups. But mostly it is her family who gains her focus.

Ranae Shoup joined the finance team at BSR in 2012 and continues to consistently show up with her best day in and day out. Holding a background in Accounts Receivable and over 20 years of experience in business management, she understands that the financial aspect of running a business is challenging but equally rewarding. Not only does she work alongside our CFO and senior management to manage our company’s accounting, but Ranae provides top level support to our customers and ultimately helps streamline the financial aspect of their restaurant or kitchen-related operations with a variety of resources. Outside of the office, she enjoys getting outside and riding ATVs, camping, hiking, fishing, and reading… but anything that gives her the opportunity to spend time with her family in any form, fashion, or environment ranks number one.
