Joining BSR in October 2022, Chase brings nearly two decades of experience in the food service industry. Their career began in the QSR sector, where they progressed from an entry-level fry cook to a district manager, adeptly overseeing operations in up to six locations. Chase’s expertise is comprehensive, encompassing roles from line cook to front-of-house, as well as in operations and quality assurance. Passionate about all aspects of food service, they bring a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to our team, both in professional settings and culinary endeavors at home.

Drawn to Boise’s charm and vibrant community, Rick and his family made it their home over 15 years ago. When not playing “Super Dad,” Rick fuels his passion for exploration, one delicious bite at a time. This open-mindedness resonates with Boise’s spirit, a city he takes immense pride in serving.

For over a decade, Rick has brought expertise in new construction and remodels to BSR. His workflow systems, project scope management, and team coordination skills make him an invaluable asset. Rick’s dedication to integrity and work ethic shine through, ensuring client satisfaction is always top priority. He’s not just knowledgeable, but a reliable partner, consistently meeting deadlines.

Jaryn Watt

Jaryn Watt joined the BSR Boise Team in March of 2022 following a decade of experience in the Front of House in various restaurants throughout the Treasure Valley. Hard Driven and Customer Service is his goals and is excited to see what he can bring to BSR going into the future.

Doug Burch

Doug Burch

Doug joined the BSR Design & Supplies team a in 2018 after having been a long-time customer. He and his wife created and operated several frozen yogurt shops as well as a gourmet hot dog and wings shop. He enjoyed the family and community aspect of owning and operating small food-based businesses.

Over his 25-year career he has worn many hats including Vice-President/Partner in an iPad-based Point of Sale company, Vice-President of a residential construction company, and new store development/management for a national retail chain.

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and five children. As a family they enjoy remodeling their home and working on projects to improve their small family property that includes a variety of animals that they raise. He also enjoys serving in the Boy Scouts of America, community events, and church activities.

Doug earned a B.A. in Business from Utah Valley University and an MBA from University of Phoenix.
