Cassidy Negu joined the BSR team in November 2021, bringing a rich background in customer service and sales. Before joining us, she honed her skills in a fast-paced fast-food environment during high school, followed by two valuable years in a retail and sales setting. As a proud native of Idaho Falls, Cassidy embodies the spirit of our community and the resilience of our workforce.
At BSR, she has quickly become known for her dedication, hard work, and enthusiasm for tackling new challenges. Outside of the office, Cassidy is an avid outdoors enthusiast with a passion for exploring the wilderness. Whether traveling great distances for hunting or fishing, she embraces every opportunity to connect with nature.

Jaryn Watt joined the BSR Boise Team in March of 2022 following a decade of experience in the Front of House in various restaurants throughout the Treasure Valley. Hard Driven and Customer Service is his goals and is excited to see what he can bring to BSR going into the future.

Noah helps with all the part problem and solutions. He is the go to person to assist with all of the start up and follow through questions.
The best part about Noah is that he is going to give his 100% to solve your problems when it comes to your part and warranty issues regarding equipment. He is excited to come into work every day to help the customer’s equipment last them for a long time so they can keep the return of investment. Noah just started in 2021 but is looking forward to being able to solve your problems for years to come.

Chef Rouchelle Severeid graduated with honors from Boise State University’s Culinary Arts
Program. Upon graduation, she worked as an adjunct faculty member and served on the Technical
Advisory Committee.
Her 20 year culinary career included being the Executive Director of Life’s Kitchen, a restaurant chef,
caterer and R&D Chef. Since leaving the kitchen, she has been working with foodservice
operators with their kitchen equipment and supply needs.
