We started working very early on with Les Shaul and BSR to come up with kitchen plans for a project that had never been done before. We were not sure what we were going to be or what the food service should look like. Les and BSR worked close with us listening to all of the what if’s and what could be’s until developing a plan that everyone felt would be flexible enough for just about every scenario we could imagine. BSR provided everything necessary for the Architect and design team to complete their documents and they worked well with our General Contractor during the budget phase as well as the installation and startup. In the end we were happy to have BSR on our team.
