General Shipping Policy

Free UPS ground shipping on small ware orders over $100.00, orders under $100.00 will be charged a shipping fee. If expedited shipping is needed please contact us at 800-368-3181 for a shipping quote. International shipments do not qualify for free shipping.

Equipment Delivery

 Equipment deliveries are quoted on a case by case basis to better serve the needs of the customer, such as liftgate service, two-person deliveries, stairs, and any other special circumstance to ensure a safe and damage-free equipment delivery. A BSR Design & Supplies representative will reach out to within 24 hours to review and quote delivery of equipment.
