Her journey in hospitality, spanning over 35 years, began in the lively atmosphere of her family’s saloon nestled in Stanley, Idaho—right in the heart of “God’s country.” It was there that JoJo honed her craft in bartending and mixology, serving up everything from dive bar specials to fine dining cocktails.
An Idahoan through and through, JoJo’s love for personal connections shines in her interactions, turning patrons into friends. When she’s not at BSR assisting clients, JoJo is a maven of creativity—her home a canvas for her DIY projects, from handcrafted woodworks to home renovations. Embracing the essence of Idaho living, she thrives outdoors, whether it’s fishing the bountiful Salmon River or simply basking in the natural beauty of her surroundings.

Candi Meinburg, a Mackay, Idaho native, has woven a rich career in the food and beverage industry, culminating in a significant role as a restaurant GM in Boise for two decades. Embracing change in 2022, Candi joined BSR, transitioning seamlessly into the purchasing domain and the Tabletop team, merging her extensive industry experience with new challenges. Proud to be part of BSR’s exceptional team, Candi finds fulfillment in both her professional contributions and her personal life, cherishing time spent with family and friends.

Chelsey Jones joined the BSR team in July of 2023 and took on the role of Project Manager in the Tabletop & Smallwares Department, after a long history of various customer service and food service roles. She is an Idaho native who grew up in the small potato-farming town of Shelley. Her personal and professional journey led her to Jackson Hole and Sun Valley before setting roots in Boise in 2021. Chelsey loves navigating through projects with her customers, while being able to share her food and beverage expertise and product knowledge with them. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending quality time with her three children, cooking, baking, shopping, and traveling to new places.
