Andrew “Tink” Boehm

Tink began his culinary career in Southeastern Idaho, building his skills as a cook and chef over the next 15 years. His experience spans Oregon, Montana, Idaho, and Michigan, with past roles including General Manager of an employee cafeteria at the INL and General Manager and Executive Chef of the Lone Peak Café and Yellowstone Conference Center at Big Sky Resort.

A 2010 graduate in Culinary Arts and Management, Tink has a proven track record of exceeding guest expectations while leading diverse teams. Outside of work, he enjoys the many outdoor activities Idaho offers, particularly hunting with his father and snowboarding. Tink is also passionate about home improvement and automotive maintenance.

Doug joined the BSR Design & Supplies team a in 2018 after having been a long-time customer. He and his wife created and operated several frozen yogurt shops as well as a gourmet hot dog and wings shop. He enjoyed the family and community aspect of owning and operating small food-based businesses.

Over his 25-year career he has worn many hats including Vice-President/Partner in an iPad-based Point of Sale company, Vice-President of a residential construction company, and new store development/management for a national retail chain.

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and five children. As a family they enjoy remodeling their home and working on projects to improve their small family property that includes a variety of animals that they raise. He also enjoys serving in the Boy Scouts of America, community events, and church activities.

Doug earned a B.A. in Business from Utah Valley University and an MBA from University of Phoenix.

Andrew has led the Idaho Falls Design team for the past 5 years. As a designer Andrew is involved in many projects from the planning phase through opening. With a tremendous reserve of product knowledge and attention to detail, he can help you take your concept from an idea to working with you to develop into an efficient kitchen that will support your desired menu. Andrew works on Independent restaurant owners, breweries, schools, as well as hotel chains. He will work with you during the entire process, working closely with the team of project managers that will make your restaurant a success.
