His remarkable career in the foodservice industry began at the tender age of 15, starting from the ground up as a dishwasher. Demonstrating an unwavering commitment to growth and excellence, he transitioned into quick service, where his leadership skills shone, propelling him up the ranks to management. As a General Manager at Carl’s Jr. for approximately eight years, Colton’s exceptional ability to revitalize struggling locations earned him the reputation of a turnaround specialist, showcasing his adeptness in enhancing operational efficiency and team performance.

Now residing in Idaho Falls with his wife and two children, Colton brings a wealth of practical experience and a personal touch to his role at BSR, contributing not just to our company’s success but also to fostering a supportive and thriving community within our team.

Joining BSR in October 2022, Chase brings nearly two decades of experience in the food service industry. Their career began in the QSR sector, where they progressed from an entry-level fry cook to a district manager, adeptly overseeing operations in up to six locations. Chase’s expertise is comprehensive, encompassing roles from line cook to front-of-house, as well as in operations and quality assurance. Passionate about all aspects of food service, they bring a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to our team, both in professional settings and culinary endeavors at home.

Chelsey Jones brought her extensive food and beverage expertise to BSR in July 2023, infusing our team with the deep customer service experience she cultivated as District Manager for Java Coffee Shops. An Idaho native from Shelley, Chelsey’s professional journey has taken her through the vibrant locales of Jackson Hole and Sun Valley before she set her roots in Boise. As a single mother, she channels her energy and dedication into raising three incredible children. Outside the office, you’ll find Chelsey indulging in her passions for cooking, baking, and writing, or out shopping and enjoying quality moments with her loved ones.

Melanie Hosey joined the BSR Equipment team on August 1st, 2023, after a dynamic five-year tenure at Jakers in Idaho Falls where she quickly rose from server to manager, and then to Assistant General Manager. With roots deep in the hospitality industry—her childhood spent in her parents’ restaurants and experience ranging from Northern California’s fine dining to breakfast service in Pocatello—Melanie’s life has been a tapestry of culinary adventures. Although restaurant equipment is a new field for her, she’s diving into it with the same fervor that’s characterized her entire career. When not exploring the ins and outs of kitchen gear, Melanie enjoys refinishing furniture, reading, and creating memories with her dogs, granddaughter, and daughters on family
